1. Beta Phase Access (Current Policy)
org-nice.com is currently in late beta, and we are pleased to offer free access to our service during this phase. While access is complimentary, we reserve the right to regulate or limit the number of users during the beta to ensure quality and performance.
Free Access: All users currently have free access to org-nice.com and its features, as part of our ongoing beta testing. User Limitations: We may cap the number of beta users or limit access to specific features to maintain optimal performance and gather focused feedback. Feedback and Updates: By participating in the beta phase, you agree to provide feedback on our product and acknowledge that features may change or be updated regularly.
2. Future Pricing (General Availability)
Once org-nice.com reaches general availability, we will introduce a subscription-based pricing model. We will notify all beta users in advance of any pricing changes.
Transition Notification: We will notify beta users at least [30 days] before pricing changes take effect. Users will have the opportunity to review and accept the new pricing before committing to a paid plan.
Subscription Plans: Future pricing will include various subscription plans designed to accommodate different usage needs and feature requirements.
Discounts for Early Users: As a token of appreciation, we may offer discounted pricing to our beta users when they transition to a paid plan, though this is not guaranteed.
3. Payment Terms (Upon General Availability)
Upon launch of our paid service:

Billing Cycle: Subscription fees will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan. Users will be able to view and manage their subscription within their account settings.
