Trial Period
We offer a 7 day trial of our Standard plan on sign-up. No credit card is required to utilize this offer.
Billing

OrgNice (org-nice.com) follows a subscription-based pricing model. We leverage Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR) for all orders, handling customer service billing inquiries and returns. Paddle’s Terms are available here.

You can purchase additional projects in the product and we will use the payment method you saved during your checkout.

You can manage your subscription within the product and also via a customer portal available from Paddle.com
Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription does not guarantee a refund for any portion of the term’s fee. Refunds are not provided for unused terms on an active account. However, if you downgrade your plan, any unused amount will be credited and can be applied to future purchases.
Discounts
Discounts are at the sole discretion of OrgNice and are available only in specific cases.
Refunds
Please refer to Paddle’s terms with regards to refunds. Refunds are not provided for unused terms on an active account. If you wish to reach out to us regarding a refund please contact OrgNice at support@org-nice.com and we’ll do our best to resolve your issue.
Changes to Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to update this Pricing Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes to the Pricing Policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the Pricing Policy.

Note: Regarding Beta
All Beta customers are notified that OrgNice is now in the process of exiting Beta. We thank you for your support. During the Beta phase, all Beta users enjoyed free access to Plus plan features. Access to Plus plan features will continue for Beta users until the Beta trial period runs out. At the end of this period, unless a subscription is purchased, the account will switch to a Basic account. While access is complimentary, we reserve the right to regulate or limit the number of users during the beta to ensure quality and performance.
Free Access: All users currently have free access to org-nice.com and its features, as part of our ongoing beta testing. User Limitations: We may cap the number of beta users or limit access to specific features to maintain optimal performance and gather focused feedback. Feedback and Updates: By participating in the beta phase, you agree to provide feedback on our product and acknowledge that features may change or be updated regularly.
