How does the pricing work?
You choose a plan based on the features you need. That applies to one project. If you have multiple projects, you can choose which project to apply it to. The other projects remain at Basic. If you wish to upgrade other projects, you can purchase additional projects for the same Plan from within the product.
Do I need to signup with a credit card?
No, we offer a 7-day trial and a subsequently free plan that does not require a credit card.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 7-day trial of the Standard Plan. Basic Plan is free.
What happens after the trial period ends?
If you have not purchased a plan, you will be switched to a Basic Plan and lose the features that were part of the trial but not included in the Basic Plan. You will not lose any data. If you have exceeded any limits, there might be limitations in your access.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. It will apply to all projects you have purchased. You can also reduce/increase the number of projects you want to pay for.
What if I need more projects?
Additional Projects can be purchased within the product. If you need more than 5 Basic Plan Projects, please contact us.
Can I cancel my account?
We are very sorry to see you go but yes you can. Please contact us to cancel your account. We will delete your data as per our data and privacy policies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paddle for secure payment processing. They support major credit cards, and several other regional payment methods.
What support access do I have?
Paid plans get priority email support. We will endeavour to support all Basic Plan users as well.
